How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 7–15 days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas) it can take a few days longer.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders.
Will I pay import fees?
Depending on your country, local import taxes or duties may apply on delivery.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 60 minutes per charge. A full charge takes 4–5 hours: the light is red while charging and turns green when it's full.
Does it work on thick ice?
It works best on frost and normal ice. For very thick ice, run your car's heater for a few minutes first.
Can I charge it in my car?
Yes, with any 5V USB car charger and the included cable. Don't leave it charging in a freezing or hot car.
How do the bundles work?
Choose your bundle and the discount is applied automatically: Uno is €44.95, Duo gives you 10% off two scrapers, and Trio gives you 15% off three scrapers.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. See our Refund policy for how it works. Please note: return shipping costs are paid by you, we don't cover the return fee. Only if your scraper arrives damaged or faulty, we pay for the return.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, 2 years. If your scraper stops working because of a defect, we'll repair, replace or refund it.
