2. Prices
All prices are in euros (€). For customers in the European Union, prices include VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, the United States and Canada. Orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping, with a tracking number. For deliveries to the United States and Canada, any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged on delivery are paid by the customer, unless these were already charged at checkout.

4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, email global.asdt@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. You must return the product within 14 days after notifying us.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund returns that do not arrive.
We refund the product price and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the return. If the product was used more than needed to check it, we may reduce the refund.

5. Damaged or wrong products
If your product arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and cover the return costs.

6. Guarantee (2 years)
All products come with a 2-year guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. For customers in the European Union, this is the legal guarantee under Belgian and EU law. It does not cover normal wear (including battery ageing), misuse or failure to follow the instructions.
